Our traditional ramen recipes originated in Sapporo, Japan and are carefully made following the same flavour development techniques from our long experienced ramen masters.
They feature freshly handmade noodles, rich and complex broths, as well as a wide variety of traditional meat and vegetable garnishes.
We are proud of the love and care that we put into very single dish that we serve, and we hope that with every spoonful that you taste, you are transported to our family table in the beautiful town of Sapporo, Japan.
